We collect the contact details, project requirements and files you submit to review and respond to your inquiry. Drawings are stored privately. Authorized administrators may access them; a configured email provider receives an inquiry notification without the drawing files. We do not sell your inquiry data. Contact us through the inquiry form to request access or deletion. Retention periods and the legal company contact must be confirmed before launch.
Website chat and WhatsApp
If you use website chat, we store your messages, optional name and email, language, source page and message times so authorized customer support staff can respond. After your first message, an essential HttpOnly cookie identifies your conversation on this browser for up to 30 days. Chat messages remain in our database for support and are subject to the company’s confirmed retention policy. You can request access or deletion using our inquiry form. Chat replies appear on this website; leaving an email does not automatically subscribe you to email notifications. Clicking WhatsApp opens an external service governed by WhatsApp’s privacy terms; those messages are not stored in this website’s chat inbox.
